The codes that appear differ depending on your installation version. The EI code displays if the version is 1.4 or earlier. The EU code displays if the version is 1.5 or later.
- This message occurs when the StorageGRID Webscale appliance software installation cannot begin, either because it cannot locate a needed installation file or because a factory image is incomplete or corrupt.
- Corrective action
- Restart the installation.
