Adding a new remote system type

You can add a new remote system type to OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA) if a predefined system type does not meet your requirement or if you want to change the configuration of a predefined system type.

Before you begin


  1. Log in to WFA through a web browser as an administrator or architect.
  2. Click Designer > Remote System Types.
  3. Create a new remote system type by clicking New icon on the toolbar.
  4. Enter the required information such as the name, type, description, and entity version of the remote system type in the New Remote System Types dialog box.
  5. Click Save.
