Operations section

On the Volume Details page, the Operations section provides details about the number of operations, measured in operations per second (op/sec), from all workloads for the selected volume within the selected time frame. Both user- and system-defined workloads are included. Selecting a different time frame automatically updates the displayed values.

Note: On the historic data chart, if you select a time frame of more than 1 day, depending on your screen resolution, the charts display the maximum values for response time and operations across the number of days.

Operations summary

Displays the average, lowest, and highest number of operations for the selected time frame. All values are based on the statistics within the selected time frame only. The last analyzed value is displayed in a red box, if there are incidents, or a blue box, if there are no incidents. If the time frame is before the current time, the last analyzed value will not be displayed. The average value is the average for all statistics in the selected time frame.

Operations chart

Plots the number of operations for the selected volume. The expected range is displayed as gray and shows the range of operation activity for the selected time frame. The actual operations are displayed as a blue line. You can move the pointer over the blue line to view the operations and the response time for a specific date and time within the selected time frame.
