Directory contains commands to delete, modify, import, and display
Performance Preset configurations and their details. A Performance
Preset declares a list of one or more Performance Object names and
a list of Performance Counter names (for each Object).
Preset configurations expected to be used by the Performance Archive
will specify sample periods for each Counter, declaring how often each
Counter is to be archived.
To create a new Performance Preset configuration, the
perf-preset-create API or
statistics preset
import command must be used.
